The HERoic Tracks European Survey Report presents key insights from 280 refugee and migrant women across seven European countries, combining in-depth interviews and an online survey. The report sheds light on women’s lived experiences of integration, access to training and employment, gender sensitivity of services, and remaining structural gaps. Its findings provide a strong evidence base for more inclusive, gender-responsive integration policies and practices across Europe.
