HERoic Tracks European Survey Report brings together the voices of 280 refugee and migrant women across seven European countries through interviews and an online survey. The report identifies seven key areas for improving integration systems: discrimination and equal treatment, gender sensitivity of integration programmes, cultural and religious awareness, recognition of prior knowledge and skills, access to information and services, employment and labour market integration, and the overall accessibility and quality of support measures. By combining lived experiences with comparative data, the report provides concrete, evidence-based insights to support more inclusive, gender-responsive integration policies and practices across Europe.
