Integration systems across Europe often fail to meet the specific needs of female refugees, leaving them vulnerable and underrepresented. HERoic Tracks addresses these challenges through innovative solutions such as the Integration Tracker, a tool to measure the success of integration programs; a hybrid training program that empowers trainers and social workers to better support women; and a Policy Paper offering actionable recommendations to reshape integration systems across Europe.
By focusing on critical areas such as access to education, employment, and healthcare, while combating social isolation and vulnerabilities, HERoic Tracks aims to empower female refugees and inspire long-term policy change.
